We are sorry the item(s) weren't quite what you were after.
You are required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (online store only)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds not Available for AFTERPAY payments.
We offer refunds for our online purchases only. For Items that need returning from an in-store purchase, we can offer you an exchange or store credit.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is not in your bank account when expecting, please contact your bank first to see if it getting processed.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, in its original condition upon delivery (tags attached). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@thepassageportfairy.com and send your item to: 39A Bank Street, Port Fairy VIC 3284, Australia. You will be required to pay shipping for the exchange.

The nature of the pigment dye process our garments go through to achieve a washed look can often cause small marks and slight imperfections to the colour. This is not deemed as a faulty product or available for exchange of the same size and colour.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 39 Bank Street, Port Fairy VIC 3284, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
