SHIPPING & PAYMENT

TRACKING


Once your item has been posted, you will be emailed a tracking/article number that you can use to track your package. This can be done via the AusPost website.


Please be aware that once the package has been delivered to AusPost, the delivery time is out of our hands.

SHIPPING RATES (AUSTRALIA)

Regular shipping: $10 (free on orders $150+)


Express shipping: $15 flat rate


INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS


Once you have placed your order, any details cannot be changed and we cannot be held liable for any incorrect shipping details.

If you notice that you have entered the incorrect shipping details, please email us ASAP at shop@thepassageportfairy.com with the correct details. We cannot guarantee that these changes will be received before the package has left the store, but we will attempt to fix these whenever possible.


If the package is returned to sender due to non-pick up or insufficient details, no postage costs can be refunded. If this does occur, we will then contact the customer to re-organise postage, which may incur extra charges for the customer.


If you are sending to a business address, please include the business name.



CUSTOMS AND TAXES


The payment of any customs/taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in our postage costs.

It is a requirement for us to include the total cost on the outside of the package for all international orders.
